Returns
Due to the nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless you receive the wrong item, by mistake or an item was grossly misrepresented. Items must be unwashed and in original packaging. All items (with delivery confirmation) must be returned within 1 business week. A refund will not be given until items are returned.
I understand things happen and you purchase something and decide it's not the best time. (Whoops!) If the item has NOT been shipped and you have NOT received a confirmation, then you are subject to an 80% refund (20% restocking fee). CUSTOMS, on the other hand, are non-refundable.
Seconds/Used
Due to the nature of these items - all seconds and/or used items purchased are void of any warranty and are non-returnable.
I purchased an item and I can't return it. Now what?
If you are unable to return it due to our return policy - then you are free to post FSOT on our Yahoo Group. You may ONLY post FSOT for Cloth Couture items.
I purchased an item last week, and the elastic broke - now what?
You may contact me at contact@clothcouturediapers.com and make arrangements to send me your diaper to be fixed. Good for 90 days.
